ContractPM offers an adaptable and cost-effective alternative to project support—unlike traditional client-side project management or architect-led services.
As qualified builders & construction managers, we understand the construction process from the inside out. We know what builders need to keep things moving—and what clients need to watch for to avoid common (and costly) oversights. Our services are designed to bridge that gap.
We offer a tiered service structure that ranges from advisory support to comprehensive project management. This means you choose the level of involvement that works best for you – whether that’s occasional expert advice, or full oversight and coordination.
Our goal is to help you:
• Navigate design and construction challenges
• Coordinate and review critical documentation
• Avoid financial surprises and costly errors
• Stay empowered and in control of your project
With ContractPM, you get the benefits of expert guidance tailored to your needs – giving you clarify, confidence, and control – without paying for more than you require.
Our three service tiers are designed to provide varying levels of support, so you can choose what best suits your needs:
Each tier is priced based on the level of involvement and expertise provided. Please refer to the services page for further details.
The right tier depends on how involved you want to be in your project and the level of support you need:
If you’re unsure which tier suits you, feel free to book a free 15-minute consultation, and we can discuss the best option for your needs.
Yes! We offer site inspections as part of our Tier 3 (Project Manager Plan) for Sydney-based clients. If you’re outside of Sydney, we offer remote support, including online consultations and project reviews. Site inspections can also be purchased as an optional add-on.
During a site inspection, one of our experts will visit your construction site to check on the progress of your project, identify any potential issues, and provide you with detailed feedback. This can help prevent any problems from escalating and ensure that everything is proceeding as planned. Importantly, our role should not be confused with that of a building Inspector or certifier. We provide general advice and feedback on observations only.
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time if your needs change. We want to ensure you’re getting the support you need, so if you feel you require more hands-on help or additional services, we can adjust your plan to match.
For all of our service tiers, we offer different levels of communication support, including:
You can reach us via email, phone, or by scheduling video consultations as part of your plan. We also provide remote project management for clients across Australia.
While we’re based in Sydney, we offer remote project management services to clients across Australia. Whether you’re located in regional areas or other cities, we can still provide expert support, and ongoing consultations via video calls and digital tools.
We specialize in custom and luxury residential projects. Whether you’re building a single-family home, a custom-designed house, or undertaking a high-end luxury home build, we provide the expertise to ensure your project is completed on time and within budget.
Getting started is simple! You can book a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your project, your needs, and the level of support you require. From there, we can recommend the right tier for you and help you take the first step toward managing your construction project with confidence.
Yes, we offer both full project management and a-la-carte services. If you just need advice, consultations, or document reviews, we can help with that on a one-off basis. However, if you prefer to have us manage your project completely, we can offer full oversight based on your selected tier.
Our pricing is structured around three service tiers to offer flexibility based on your needs:
You can also opt for additional add-ons, such as site inspections or contract review services.

Yes, our monthly fee structure typically requires a minimum 12-month commitment or for the duration of the project, whichever is longer. This ensures we can provide consistent support and oversight throughout your project’s entire lifespan, helping to keep everything on track.
Construction projects are complex and often can extend well beyond initial timelines—particularly as they approach completion. Our minimum 12-month engagement reflects the reality that the most critical issues often arise in the later stages of a project.
If not effectively managed, the final months can commonly involve:
• Navigating complex development consent conditions
• Coordinating final inspections, certifications, and occupancy approvals
• Managing last-minute variations, disputes, or compliance issues
• Ensuring builder obligations are fully met before handover
These are high-risk stages where homeowners are most vulnerable to delays, unexpected costs, and compliance setbacks. By committing to a 12-month minimum (or project duration, whichever is longer), we ensure we’re available to support you through the entire journey—from early planning to successful completion.
This structure not only protects the integrity of your build but also allows us to deliver consistent, proactive support when it matters most.
Contract PM provides strategic support and expert guidance to homeowners throughout their construction journey—but we are not a replacement for an independent building inspector or certifying authority. Our role is advisory in nature: we help clients understand and manage project documentation, contracts, builder communication, and potential issues or discrepancies.
While we are qualified builders and can provide practical opinions on construction matters, we do not conduct day-to-day site inspections or certify compliance. Independent building inspectors focus on inspecting workmanship and checking for code compliance at various stages of construction, often in line with statutory requirements. In contrast, our services empower homeowners with the knowledge and tools to navigate their project with greater confidence and control, without stepping into the regulatory or compliance role of an inspector.
